For your convenience and to help lower your funeral expenses, QCFH offers special discounts and/or advantages to families who bundle their final service needs. Bundles contain a collection of basic services offered by the funeral home. To personalize your services, you might opt to include additional merchandise, services, cash advance items, etc. These additional items may or may not qualify for discounts.

PRE-NEED: Pre-Need arrangements are services planned in advance of death. Pre-Need arrangements receive special purchase advantages, and in some cases, discounts offered through the insurance company. Pre-Need Insurance discounts are based on health, age, and manner of payment.

VEHICLES: All vehicle usage is quoted as local mileage. Local mileage encompasses a 30 mile radius from QCFH. Additional mileage shall result in additional mileage fees.

OPEN and CLOSE: All graves require open and close services. QCFH engages a professional service on your behalf for all open cemeteries within the local area. Should you choose a private (closed} cemetery, their fees and requirements may result in higher rates, additional merchandise, and extra fees.

OVERSIZED FEES: All pricing is quoted on an average sized adult. An average sized adult is a person weighing 249 lbs or less with a girth of 23" or less, measured from side to side at the widest part of the body after death occurs. If your loved one is oversized, please refer to the Oversized Fee Schedule for applicable fees.

OVERSIZED MERCHANDISE: Oversized adults shall require an oversized casket. Oversized caskets are generally more expensive than averaged sized caskets. Should one desire or require a vault, the vault must also be oversized accordingly.

PAYMENT TERMS: Queen City Funeral Home accepts Cash, Checks, Debit Cards, PayPal, Credit Cards, Charge Cards, Insurance Assignments, Donations, and 3rd Party Financing as payment. Some forms of payment qualify for discounts while others incur processing fees.

Queen City Funeral Home requires payment in full prior to services being rendered.
